Fail to plan, plan to fail

Tomorrow’s the last day of September, and I have some fresh ideas I want to bring to my job. Today and tomorrow, my main goal is to map out the landscape for next month.

I’ve only got a rough draft right now, but I’m going to turn it into a solid plan. I’ll pin down deadlines, figure out procedures, and set up engagement points and checkpoints.

This way, I’ll have a steady workload and a handy checklist to keep me on track. Of course, I can always tweak things if I need to.

I’m pretty pumped about this! 🙂
