My day starts off with a cuddle attack from my dog. He’s my one-of-a-kind alarm clock,

I confess, still in bed, I check first thing. You never know what might have happened overnight. Lately, I have received messages about someone trying to hack my Spotify account :’

I have my coffee and breakfast, and then I follow it up with reading. I read at least 10 pages of whatever book I’m currently reading and also a page from the Daily Stoic.

I then spend on average of 10-15 minutes on the Duolingo app, learning Italian.

I visit my grandma, and then I head to the gym for a workout!
